Bikes and Transport
Cycles will be accepted at the change over point in the field next to Drynachan Lodge from 2.00p.m. until 7.00p.m. on the day before the Challenge itself. All bikes will be supervised overnight. We would appreciate if you could deliver your bikes if possible. This has the added advantage of avoiding the slight risk of damage in our transporting them by container. To avoid congestion on the narrow roads, please transport as many of your bikes as possible on each vehicle, travel into Drynachan via Balmore and leave eastwards towards Dulsie.
If you wish us to transport your bikes please email us or phone John Burns on 01667 454887 (evenings only) and take your bike to the Links car park Nairn between 4 and 6 p.m. on the day before the Challenge. We will take every possible care but cannot be responsible for damage to bikes in our possession.
No bikes can be accepted on Sunday
Any items of clothing or equipment, which you wish to have at the changeover, should be securely attached to your bike in a clearly numbered bag. Any items which you leave at the changeover will be transported to the bicycle area at the finish, if left in a clearly numbered bag.
