Procedures on the Day
A few days before the Challenge, your team contact will receive three plastic bike numbers and three personal numbers. These are your team's allocated numbers. Please ensure that they are clearly displayed at all times during the event, with cycle numbers securely attached to the bikes. If your number is not clearly visible you may not be checked off at the checkpoints throughout the route and your completion of the Challenge cannot be validated. When you register, check that you are wearing the correct number. We want you to enjoy the Nairnshire Challenge without being delayed at registration. Please therefore check the numbers enclosed and ensure that all team members know their numbers and are aware of these arrangements.
If you change any members of your team please let us know the details of the changes. Also, if you have empty places in your team, please try to fill them and let us know who is taking part. This will prevent delay at registration. For all changes or information, please email us
